PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations received within three (3) days prior to events commencing will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total tax invoice ex GST. A parking spot is to be provided for the vehicle, if one can not be provided, parking cost for the duration of the event will be charged. 10 AMP power is required for each electrical item to be used. Water access must be provided (normal tap water is fine), if this is not possible, we must be informed 3 days prior to the event in order to organise a reserve tank. Flat level access must be provided (or a ramp/elevator), if there are stairs, we must be informed 10 working days prior to the event. If Pull'n Shots are unable to setup the cart due to lack of space, delayed service setup, stairs, or and disruption to the service, we will be unable to proceed and your booking fee will be forfeited.
